Human Rights

HUMAN RIGHTS ARE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS THAT ALL PEOPLE HAVE, REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE, NATIONALITY, RELIGION, OR ANY OTHER STATUS.
What Are Human Rights

Human rights are a set of principles that recognize the inherent value of every person and their basic rights and freedoms. They are based on the principles of equality, dignity, and mutual respect, and apply to everyone regardless of their background, beliefs, or where they live. Human rights include the right to life, liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, and the right to work and education.

Human rights are moral principles that are regularly protected in international, municipal, and substantive law. They are about living a life free from discrimination, harassment, or fear, and having the ability to make genuine choices in daily life

International Human Rights Law

International human rights law lays down the obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

International human rights law is a set of legal norms and standards established at the international level to protect and promote the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals worldwide. It encompasses treaties, conventions, declarations, and customary international law that govern the behavior of states and other actors in relation to human rights. International human rights law is based on principles of universality, indivisibility, interdependence, and non-discrimination. It covers a wide range of rights, including civil and political rights, such as the right to life, freedom of expression, and fair trial, as well as economic, social, and cultural rights, such as the right to education, health, and adequate standard of living. International human rights law also includes mechanisms for monitoring, enforcement, and accountability, including treaty bodies, special procedures, and international courts and tribunals. Overall, it serves as a crucial framework for promoting human dignity, justice, and equality on a global scale.
