Advocacy Director: The Advocacy Director leads the organization’s advocacy efforts, working to influence policy change and raise awareness about human rights issues. They collaborate with stakeholders, lobby decision-makers, and coordinate campaigns.

Community Outreach Coordinator: The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with community members, partner organizations, and stakeholders. They organize events, workshops, and outreach activities to engage and empower the community.

Campaign Manager: The Campaign Manager develops and executes advocacy campaigns and initiatives to promote specific human rights causes. They mobilize supporters, coordinate media outreach, and monitor campaign progress.

Legal Assistant/Paralegal: The Legal Assistant or Paralegal provides administrative and research support to the legal team. They assist with case management, document preparation, and client communication.

Communications Manager: The Communications Manager oversees the organization’s communications strategy, including media relations, social media, and public relations. They craft messaging, produce content, and manage branding efforts.

Volunteer Coordinator: The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, and manages volunteers who contribute to the organization’s work. They match volunteers with appropriate opportunities and ensure a positive volunteer experience.

Grants Manager: The Grants Manager is responsible for identifying, applying for, and managing grant funding opportunities. They research funding sources, write grant proposals, and track grant requirements and reporting.

Research Analyst: The Research Analyst conducts research and analysis on human rights issues, policies, and trends. They compile data, produce reports, and provide evidence-based recommendations to support advocacy efforts.

Development Officer: The Development Officer oversees fundraising activities and donor relations. They cultivate relationships with donors, plan fundraising events, and develop fundraising strategies to sustain the organization’s work.

Policy Analyst: The Policy Analyst monitors legislative and regulatory developments related to human rights and analyzes their potential impact. They draft policy briefs, advocate for policy change, and engage with policymakers.

Training and Education Coordinator: The Training and Education Coordinator develops and delivers training programs and educational materials on human rights topics. They conduct workshops, seminars, and educational outreach initiatives.

Finance Manager: The Finance Manager oversees the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. They ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

IT Administrator: The IT Administrator manages the organization’s technology infrastructure and systems. They provide technical support, manage software and hardware resources, and ensure data security and privacy.
